What are the reception opening hours?
Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What is your policy regarding extra beds and baby cots?
Baby cots are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability for children up to 2 years old. For children aged 3 to 18 staying in our family rooms, an additional charge of €15 applies. Guests over the age of 18 are charged €30 per adult.
Does the hotel have a private car park?
Yes. We offer a free car park adjacent to the hotel. Please note that the parking area is not monitored by video surveillance.
Are there electric vehicle charging stations in the car park?
Yes. Our car park is equipped with both standard and fast electric vehicle charging stations. To use them, simply download the Bump app directly via the charging station.
Do you provide secure bicycle storage?
Yes. We offer a free bicycle storage room on the ground floor of the hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Is late check-out available?
Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the following morning. After 6:00 a.m., the reservation will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. Late check-out is available until 3:00 p.m. for an additional charge of €30 per hour from 12:00 p.m. onwards. After 3:00 p.m., an additional night's stay will be charged.
Do you offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. Luggage storage is available at reception before check-in and after check-out.
Is the hotel accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
Yes. The hotel has two lifts providing access to all floors, as well as three accessible rooms located on the ground floor for guests with reduced mobility.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes. Best Western Plus Hôtel Metz Technopole features a heated outdoor swimming pool, exclusively reserved for hotel guests during the summer season. Surrounded by recently landscaped green spaces, it provides a peaceful setting to relax after a day of work, a seminar, or sightseeing in Metz. With comfortable sun loungers, lush surroundings, and a tranquil atmosphere, the pool is the perfect place to unwind just a few minutes from the city centre.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel, and is it free?
Yes. We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including the public areas, restaurant, breakfast room, meeting rooms, and all guest rooms.
Is breakfast included in the room rate, and what type of breakfast do you offer?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate unless otherwise specified in your booking. It is available for an additional €18.50 per person for guests aged 12 and over (free for children under 12) and is served as an all-you-can-eat buffet.
Do you offer room service?
Yes. Room service is available until 9:00 p.m. (last order). A €3 room service fee applies, except for guests staying in Premium Rooms and Junior Suites.
Is there a bar or snack service available outside restaurant opening hours?
Our bar is open daily until 11:00 p.m. At present, no food service is available outside the restaurant's opening hours (12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.).
Are pets allowed, and is there an additional charge?
Yes. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of €11 per pet.
Do you offer a laundry or dry-cleaning service?
We do not have an on-site laundry or dry-cleaning service. However, we work with an external provider. Please allow approximately 24 hours between dropping off and collecting your garments. This service is available at an additional cost, with prices displayed in the guest rooms.
What is the tourist tax?
Since 1 January 2026, the tourist tax is €2.86 per person per night for guests aged 18 and over.
